Port of Walvis Bay.

Namibia's largest commercial port and the country's deep-water gateway on the Atlantic seaboard.

Flagship Port

Port of Walvis Bay.

The Port of Walvis Bay handles containers, dry bulk, break-bulk, RoRo and a growing cruise calendar. Its New Container Terminal, built on 40 hectares of reclaimed land, lifted annual capacity to 750,000 TEU and added modern ship-to-shore cranes working around the clock.

Deep, sheltered water and direct corridor links to Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Angola, the DRC and South Africa make Walvis Bay the shortest route between the SADC heartland and Europe and the Americas.
